Medication, supplementation, and the choice of beauty and body products rely on individuals, and one has to decide whether or not to take them. Still, it is worth noticing that, like any other product, CBD bath bombs have cons and pros, and one needs to weigh both before deciding which way to go. Early studies quoted in the previous paragraphs see potential in CBD bath bombs and believe that they may help in one way or another. Still, Huestis et al. (2019) reported that CBD oil (and, by extension, CBD products like CBD bath bombs) might have some adverse reactions and effects. As such, if you choose the CBD route for your bath regimen, there are both sides of the coin to it.
